1 pound sweet or hot Italian pork sausage, ground
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg frozen spinach
1 (10.75 ounce) can Condensed Cream of Wild Mushroom Soup
1/4 cup milk
1 (15 ounce) can white kidney beans (cannellini), rinsed and drained
1 cup Herb Seasoned Stuffing
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup shredded old cheddar cheese
Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook the sausage, beef and onion in a 12-inch oven-safe skillet until the sausage and beef are well browned, stirring often to break up beef and sausage.
Stir in the spinach, soup, milk and beans.
Stir in the stuffing and cheeses.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the sausage mixture is hot and bubbling.
