Basement freezer…. check!
Thanks to the sudden influx of dog bones from a friend, I had to clean out the small basement freezer quickly before the bones took on a life of their own. No pictures, I’m afraid, since it had to be done fast. Besides, the “after” actually looks worse than the “before” because I threw out a bunch of very old frozen dinners in pretty boxes and replaced them with some gungy white plastic bags. Some things are just better without the visuals, trust me. On the plus side, the grrrlz are now set for about the next year for bones!
I’m sure the dogs are very happy with the change in freezer contents, regardless of how it looks! And replacing old inedibles with newer (canine) edibles is definitely a good use of freezer space. 😀
Ah… happy dogs are worth everything!
I think I need to thaw out a couple of the bigger ones and re-package them into packs of three. Now that it’s below freezing outside, this will make life so much easier.
