I’ve had requests to share some of the recipes that I’ve mentioned in some of my posts. So, in order to keep my loyal, dedicated, supportive, and somewhat masochistic followers happy, here they are!

These all started out elsewhere, but have been so heavily tweaked & twisted that they no longer bear any resemblance to their origins.  Happy cooking!  (or happy drooling if you just like reading recipes and looking at pretty pictures)

I’ve tried all of these.  All freeze well for future meals, and prep time for most is in the 15-20 minute range, so it’s not onerous to make any of them.
